Autosave in Ad Hoc Analysis

Changes you make to the data are automatically saved when you perform any of the following actions:

  • expand or collapse a member
  • use any of the "Drill" commands
  • make changes through Pages
  • use the Pivot option
  • use or to move through your most recent actions
  • click to refresh the data view
  • use Edit Layout
  • in the Pages drawer, select Choose Members and proceed to change the member selection
  • select   New or   Open
  • change the setting for Exclude missing columns or Exclude missing rows
  • close the Ad Hoc Analysis tab
  • switch to another tab
  • turn off Data Entry Mode
  • use Spreading
  • open a Line Item Schedule
